Privacy Policy - Atomocomwell Apps

1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android apps BoltShort: Earn Money, package com.boltshortdrama.project, and Cozy Corner: Focus & Ambience, package com.atomocomwell.cozycorner. Both apps are operated by Atomocomwell ("we," "us," or "our").

BoltShort is a short-drama discovery and playback app. Cozy Corner is a focus timer and ambience app. Neither app currently requires an Atomocomwell account. The sections below identify which practices apply to which app.

2. BoltShort: Earn Money

BoltShort does not require an account, does not sell personal data, and does not include advertising or attribution SDKs in the current release. It uses a pseudonymous app-install identifier, limited device details, and content and playback activity to authenticate with the HuntShorts content service, deliver videos, and maintain playback reliability.

BoltShort does not request access to your precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, phone, SMS, or external storage. The current release does not process payments or purchases.

Data handled by BoltShort

The reward balances, tasks, and profile statistics displayed in the current BoltShort release are local interface data. The current release does not provide a payment or cash-out submission flow, and watching content does not guarantee cash or income.

BoltShort service providers

BoltShort uses HuntShorts, available through developer.huntshorts.ai, for the short-drama catalog, episode metadata, playback URLs, and playback-event service. HuntShorts or its infrastructure providers may use hosting, object-storage, and content-delivery services to deliver cover images and video streams.

The current BoltShort release does not share data with advertising networks, attribution providers, data brokers, payment processors, or social-login providers.

BoltShort permissions, retention, and deletion

BoltShort requests the Android Internet permission to load content and submit playback events. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, photos, external storage, phone, SMS, calendar, notification, advertising ID, or billing permissions in the current release.

The app-install UID and language preference remain in private app storage until you clear BoltShort's storage or uninstall it. BoltShort disables Android backup for its app data. HuntShorts and its infrastructure providers may retain security logs and playback-event records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, diagnose, and measure the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

3. Cozy Corner: Focus & Ambience

Cozy Corner does not require an account, does not sell personal data, and does not sync your focus history to an Atomocomwell server. It stores focus history and preferences locally on your device. The app includes advertising SDKs and related third-party services.

Data handled by Cozy Corner

Cozy Corner does not transmit focus history, room choices, timer settings, or progress statistics to Atomocomwell.

Cozy Corner permissions and services

Foreground service and media playback: keep ambience playback and an active focus session working while the app is in use or in the background.
Notifications: optionally show session reminders or completion notifications. You can disable notifications in Android settings.
Vibration: provide completion feedback when a focus session ends.

Cozy Corner does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, SMS, phone, or external storage permissions. Android platform and AndroidX libraries support local storage, media playback, notifications, and interface features. Third-party advertising services may process ad-related data as described above.

Cozy Corner retention and deletion

Local focus history and preferences remain on your device until you use Cozy Corner's Clear local data option, clear the app's data through Android settings, or uninstall the app. If a focus session is active, the app may ask you to end it first. Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Shared terms for both apps

How information is used

We and applicable service providers use information only as reasonably necessary to operate the selected app, provide its features, remember settings, maintain reliability, diagnose errors, secure services, prevent abuse, respond to support or privacy requests, comply with law, and protect our rights.

Data sale and legal disclosure

Atomocomwell does not sell personal data from either app. We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, Atomocomwell, or service integrity. If ownership of an app changes, relevant information may transfer subject to this policy and applicable law.

Security and international processing

Both apps use Android's private app storage for local app data. BoltShort transmits API requests over HTTPS and signs requests to help authenticate the app and detect tampering. No system is completely secure. Internet transmission, device compromise, service providers, and advertising providers can create risks that cannot be eliminated. Providers may process information in countries other than where you live, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

Support records

If you contact us, we use your message, contact details, and any attachments to respond, troubleshoot, document the request, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.

5. Your choices and rights

You can stop app-related processing by discontinuing use and uninstalling the applicable app.
You can delete BoltShort's local UID and language preference by clearing app storage or uninstalling BoltShort.
You can delete Cozy Corner's local focus history and preferences with its Clear local data option, through Android settings, or by uninstalling Cozy Corner.
You can disable Cozy Corner notifications in Android settings and manage advertising choices through available Android or Google controls.
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where provided by applicable law.
You may have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Neither app currently creates an Atomocomwell user account, so neither has an account-deletion workflow. For a deletion request involving service or support records, email us and identify the app concerned. We may request information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant record without collecting unnecessary personal data.

6. Children's privacy

BoltShort and Cozy Corner are not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through either app or a support email, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when either app, its service providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date above and provide additional notice when required by law. Each app's Google Play Data safety disclosures should be read together with this policy and will be updated when the shipped app's SDKs or data uses change.
